We built the place every young woman deserves.
The Real Diva Institute isn't just another finishing school or weekend programme. It exists because becoming an extraordinary woman should never be left to chance.
More than a programme, it is a nurturing community where young women aged 16–25 discover who they are, strengthen who they are becoming, and prepare with confidence for the opportunities and challenges of the future.
We believe education is at its best when it shapes the whole person—not just the mind. That's why every part of our carefully designed 12-week journey is intentional, helping young women grow in confidence, character, leadership, purpose, and practical life skills within a community created to prepare them for life, not just school.
By the end of the journey, they don't simply complete a programme. They step confidently into the woman they were created to become—a Real DIVA, grounded in Divine, equipped for Influence, anchored in Virtue, and walking in Authority.

What age group is this for?
The Real Diva Institute is designed for young women 16 to 25 years.
Do the young women need any prior experience or qualifications?
No. You do not need any prior experience or qualifications. The programme is suitable for students, young professionals, entrepreneurs, career women, and anyone who desires personal and professional development.
What happens if I miss a Saturday?
We encourage participants to attend every session to get the full benefit of the programme. However, if you miss a class due to unavoidable circumstances, learning materials and session summaries may be shared where available. Please note that practical activities cannot be fully replicated.
Is lunch really included?
Yes! Lunch will be provided during each Saturday session..
What do I receive at the end?
Upon successful completion of the programme, participants receive:
